PGT Innovations Inc. (PGTI) has announced the appointment of Craig Henderson as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). As CFO, Henderson will lead the company’s finance strategy, budgeting and planning, accounting, financial reporting and investor relations functions.
Henderson joined PGTI in 2021 as vice president of finance and has served as interim chief financial officer since February 2023.

Henderson has more than 20 years of finance leadership experience in manufacturing and technology companies.
