All Weather Architectural Aluminum was named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the North Bay Business Journal, based in Santa Rosa, Calif. The distinction is the fourth consecutive year All Weather has been recognized for its workplace practices.
The award highlights the best workplace practices and recognizes outstanding organizations’ support and commitment to their employees.
“We spend a lot of time promoting a work culture that encourages excellent individual contributions and effective team collaboration to meet our business goals,” says president Sarah Harper. “When we all stay in sync on how we do the work, we find we can accomplish a lot more and employees feel that sense of family in the workplace because we are operating with the same values.”
The companies recognized were selected based on employee feedback. The scores were measured in core areas such as personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, goal alignment, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness and job satisfaction. The winners were selected based on the highest scores in each category.
All Weather officials say they are “honored and humbled to have their efforts recognized by employees and to be acknowledged as one of the leading businesses to work for in Sonoma, Solano, Napa, Marin and Mendocino counties.”
