James Hoesch Ends Brief Retirement to Join Maryland Glass

Maryland Glass Company has hired James Hoesch as a sales representative. Hoesch has more than 30 years of experience in the glass industry. He arrives at Maryland Glass following a 15-month retirement.

Hoesch previously served as a regional sales representative at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, where he spent 32 years. During that span, he gathered experience in business development, customer service and sales.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jim Hoesch to the Maryland Glass team,” says vice president Matthew Dalbke. “His extensive sales experience and customer-centric approach make him an ideal fit for our organization. We are confident that James’ skills and passion for delivering top-notch service will contribute significantly to our continued growth and success.”

In his new role at Maryland Glass, Hoesch will work to expand the company’s territory into the greater Philadelphia market.

“I’m flat-out excited,” says Hoesch. “Joining Maryland Glass and contributing to their continued success is a win-win. I want to help Maryland Glass grow. They’ve been around for 111 years and have a heck of a reputation. With my network of relationships, I am confident in my ability to open doors and leverage these connections to drive growth. It will be a challenge, but we’ll have a lot of fun.”
