Quanex Building Products will present at this year’s Glass Processing Automation Days (GPAD) to educate the industry on insulating glass (IG) automation technology. The event will be held March 14 and 15 in New Orleans.
Quanex’s commercial sales specialists Joe Erb and Tony Thiret will present with Forel general manager Michael Schmidt about the benefits new automated technology can deliver to glass manufacturers. These can include labor reduction, consistent quality control and comprehensive manufacturing efficiency. The presentation will address the innovation of flexible spacer systems, along with how the technology has grown in tandem with high-speed automation.
