Robert Lieding, former owner of F. Barkow Inc. in Milwaukee, Wis., passed away in February of this year.
“Bob will always be remembered in the glass industry for his honesty, class and his commitment to giving the customer more than they expected,” says John Weise, president of F. Barkow.
Lieding was a native of Madison, Wis., and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. In recent years, he enjoyed biking with his wife, Connie, with whom he celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary last year. He also enjoyed studying the Civil War.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cerebral Palsy Scholarship Foundation.
