Architectural Glass and Aluminum (AGA), a Western U.S. curtainwall manufacturer/installer, has tripled the size of its Northern California operations center with its move to a new home in Livermore, Calif.
According to a company release, the move enables AGA to incorporate manufacturing with engineering, operations and corporate offices into a single 175,000-square-foot building on a 10-acre site.
“The new Livermore, Calif., location will streamline manufacturing and distribution of AGA’s finished goods, in support of the West Coast and Hawaii regional offices,” says president John Buckley. “The new facility provides a significant increase in overall manufacturing capacity … ”
The new location will be capable of operating around the clock, seven days a week. Additionally the new headquarters is intended to serve as a facility for meeting with clients during design collaboration and/or educational presentations.
